Hair care through proper nutrition

Hair is made up largely of protein, which is why you need to include a natural source of iron at every meal, eating lean red meat, fish, eggs, cheese, yogurt and legumes and nuts. In addition, you should be careful to take sufficient amounts of omega-3 essential fatty acids, found in organic fish and meat, organic eggs and plant-based foods such as flaxseed, chia seeds and walnuts.
